FG7OH2M1–0,6/1 kV Multicore flexible conductor, braid screen.
Nominal voltage: Uo/U 0,6/1 kV
Standards: CEI 20-13; CEI
20-11; CEI EN IEC 60228 (CEI 20-29); CEI EN IEC 60332-3-24 (CEI 20-22 III cat.
C); CEI EN 60332-1-2; CEI EN 50267-2-1; CEI EN 61034-1; CEI EN 61034-2; CEI
20-37/4-0.
European
directives: 2014/35/UE (LVD) - 2011/65/EC and 2015/863/EU (RoHS).
Conductor: flexible
annealed plain copper classe 5 CEI EN IEC 60228.
Insulation: hard ethylene
propylene rubber (HEPR) compound, of type G7 having low emission of smoke and
toxic and corrosive gases when exposed to fire.
Colour of the cores:
Two cores :
blue – brown.
Three cores :
blue – brown – green/yellow or brown – black – grey.
Four cores :
brown – black – grey – green/yellow
or blue – brown – black – grey.
Five cores : blue – brown – black –
grey – green/yellow or
blue – brown – black – grey – black.
Screen: plain annealed copper braid. Braid covering percentage: over 70%.
Electrical resistance ≤ 5 Ω/km; for the cables with
the conductor cross section
≤ 4 mm² the
screen resistance shall not exceed the electrical resistance specified for the
relative conductors.
Sheath: thermoplastic
compound of type M1, having low emission of smoke and toxic and corrosive gases
when exposed to fire.
Colour: green.
Marking: continuous marking on the sheath: « ICEL noSmoke FG7OH2M1–0,6/1 kV nominal cross section CEI 20-22 III cat. C CEI 20-13 IEMMEQU production
date Made in Italy », with under the sheath the IEMMEQU thread.
Progressive
meter marking.
Minimum
installation and handling temperature: + 0 °C
Maximum
operating temperature: 90 °C on the conductor.
Minimum usage temperature: - 15 °C only if the cable is not subjected to shocks, vibrations,
movements or other mechanical stresses. If the cable is operated at a constant
current and so is not subjected to expansions and contractions due to the
conductor temperature variations, it is possible to be used even at lower
temperatures.
Maximum
short circuit temperature: 250 °C on the conductor (for maximum 5 seconds).
Minimum
permissible bending radii: 4 times the cable overall diameter for power cables;
6 times the cable overall diameter for signalling and control cables.
Maximum
pulling force during laying: 5 kg/mm² of the conductor cross section.
Current
carrying capacity: see CEI-UNEL 35024, 35026.
Guide to Use: for internal
installations, also in wet locations and for external installations; for
installation in surface mounted or on metallic structures; direct laying in
earth permitted.
Normally used in
the interconnections of machinery or parte of them, when a certain degree of
protection is needed against electromagnetic interference.
See also the guide to use standard CEI 20-67.
These cables are
to be used only for electrical power transmission and to be installed only by
skilled personal.
