They can be used to connect equipment for fixed automatic fire detection and manual fire alarm systems, whether or not connected to fire extinguishing systems or other protection systems (both active and passive), intended for installation in buildings, regardless of their intended use. They are also suitable for other applications such as, for example, emergency lighting, emergency controls and electric locks with an operating voltage lower than or equal to 100 V AC.
For higher voltages cables compliant with the CEI 20-45 standard must be used.

The “noBurn” cables with IEMMEQU certification are marked CEI 20-105 (PH 30 or PH 120) to indicate that they are fire resistant in compliance with the CEI EN 50200 and CEI 50362 standards which require a minimum operating time of the cable under test, subjected to direct fire and mechanical shock, of 30 or 120 minutes at 820°C;
